This Privacy Policy describes how DOPE Labs LLC ("DOPE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, application, or services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

DOPE is an AI-powered agent that helps users navigate prediction markets. Users can ask DOPE questions about live events, explore market odds, and build combos — multi-leg combinations across sports and current events. If you connect your own account at a prediction market exchange regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, you can authorize orders on that account from within DOPE, using a credential that only your device holds. DOPE does not custody funds or hold any assets on behalf of users, and is not a counterparty to any trade.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy based upon evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will take appropriate measures to inform you. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue your use of the Platform.

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 18.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or associate any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, email, or government ID
• Biometric data — your fingerprint or face scan never leaves your device; DOPE only receives a cryptographic assertion that authentication succeeded
• Passwords — DOPE is entirely passwordless
• Exchange API private keys — if you connect an exchange account, the key you create there is stored in your device's secure storage and used to sign requests on the device itself. It is never transmitted to, or stored by, DOPE
• Payment details — DOPE no longer offers paid products. For purchases made before August 27, 2026, card, bank, and billing information was handled by Apple or Google; DOPE never received or stored it

You may use the Platform without providing any personal identifying information. Account creation requires only a passkey credential generated by your device. If you use DOPE over iMessage instead, the phone number or Apple ID you text from identifies your account, along with any name you choose to tell DOPE.

3. Information We May Collect

We collect limited data for platform operation, security, and abuse prevention, including:

• Passkey credential identifiers — a public key and credential ID generated by your device during account creation. These are cryptographic identifiers, not biometric data.
• Session tokens — temporary authentication tokens that keep you signed in across visits.
• Combo activity — records of combos built and explored during your sessions, including leg selections, market data viewed, and agent conversation history.
• Connected exchange account data — if you connect an exchange account, we store the key's identifier (not the key), whether the connection is active and when it began or ended, your most recently device-confirmed account balance, the terms of orders you authorize through DOPE, and the orders, positions, fills, and settlements your device reports back to us. This is what lets DOPE answer questions about your own activity, show your positions, and tell you when an order fills. We do not receive identity documents or verification data — account verification is performed by the exchange.
• Usage data — IP address, country of origin, browser and operating system identifiers, and general usage metrics.
• Aggregated traffic and performance data — used for platform stability and improvement.
• Photos and images you send us — when you take a photo with DOPE's camera, or share an image into DOPE from another app, that image is uploaded so the agent can read it and answer you. It is stored with that conversation so the thread still makes sense when you return to it. Images are used only to answer your request; they are never used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers.
• Voice input — if you use the microphone to dictate a message, your audio clip is sent to our servers and processed by a speech-to-text provider solely to produce the text, which you review before sending. Clips are used only for transcription and are not retained.
• Historical purchase records — DOPE Think was discontinued on August 27, 2026, and no new purchases are available. For purchases made before discontinuation, we retain the store transaction identifier, product identifier, redemption status, and associated report identifier to support prior transactions, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and accounting obligations. These records contain no payment details.
• Group integration data — when DOPE is added to a supported Telegram group or Discord server, we may store platform, group, server, channel, thread, installation, and user identifiers; display names; content explicitly sent to or selected for DOPE, including text, links, and images; DOPE's responses; and claims placed on the record. We use this data to answer explicit requests, maintain channel or thread history and group boards, deliver resolution receipts, attribute installations, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits. DOPE does not request Discord's privileged Message Content access and is not intended to collect ambient group conversation, direct messages, member lists, presence, reactions, or typing activity.
• iMessage — if you text DOPE, we receive your phone number or Apple ID and the messages, photos, links, and voice memos you send, through our messaging provider. Voice memos are transcribed to text; we do not keep the audio. If you later connect the DOPE app to that number, your iMessage history and the app's history are combined into one account. If DOPE is in an iMessage group chat, it receives every message sent to that group, along with the phone number or Apple ID of the member who sent it, and keeps recent messages as context; it replies only when addressed.
• Capture time and location — when you take a photo with DOPE's camera, and only if you grant location permission, DOPE attaches the time of the photo and your device's location to it, so the agent can work out which live event is in front of you and pull the right markets. Location is read only at the moment you take a photo, never in the background. You can decline the permission and still use the camera; the agent simply reads the photo without it.

This data is used to operate the Platform, prevent abuse, and improve performance. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or track users across websites.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use browser-based tools (e.g., cookies or local storage) for:

• Session persistence
• Interface preferences
• Security and abuse prevention

We do not use cookies for tracking users across websites or for third-party advertising.

5. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., analytics providers, infrastructure services). These tools may collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them independently.

We do not sell or share user data with third-party advertisers.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to other websites, applications, and online services operated by third parties, including prediction market exchanges. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and services you use.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect our infrastructure and the limited data we collect. Your passkey credentials use the WebAuthn/FIDO2 standard, the same cryptographic framework used by banks and governments.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Data Retention

We retain usage data, combo records, connected exchange account records, conversation history, and group integration data only as long as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable laws. Session tokens expire after 30 days. Discord interaction receipts are normally deleted after seven days, and data associated with a removed Discord server is normally deleted after 30 days. Other data is periodically anonymized or deleted unless required for security, legal, or regulatory compliance. Historical purchase records are retained for as long as needed to support prior transactions, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and accounting obligations.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
